If a Lakshmi product caused a reaction on your skin, we want to hear it from you directly. Tell us what happened using the form below and we will come back to you.

If the reaction is severe, please contact a doctor or your local emergency service first. This form is not monitored around the clock and it is not a substitute for medical care.

We keep a record of every report and review each one. Where a report meets the FDA's definition of a serious adverse event, we report it to the FDA as US law requires.
